That's Liddy with d's. Money talks I guess. She outspent Bowles (not that he was that great either) by about 2:1, with 60% of the contributions coming from out of state. Meanwhile Bowles lent his own money to the campaign. About 50% of the amount he spent. Wonderful. Just wonderful. Salisbury isn't that big a town, nor that interesting a place. And she and Bob no more live there, presently or ever did, than the cow jumped over the moon. Her mother lives there. In a very nice home. Convienently titled in Liddy's name very recently? Imagine that? Hey but maybe she can get the job done and help create some jobs. Especially for her "hometown". Unemployment there ain't but about 12%, not counting those who have just given up and dropped off the rolls. Better yet. Maybe she brings in some big industry tied to her contributors and they need about 100 acres at a premium $$$.
