Alan,
Bonds should rally! Short term rates will come down, and interest rates will fall. Because all currencies are sensitive to interest rates, the dollar should fall to other monies. Money will leave the dollar to seek a higher interest rate. If the dollar goes down, than it may actually aid the US economy as foreign good become more expensive, and we start buying Merican again. Maybe Wally World will actually start buying goods that are made in the good ole USA. Would that not be different.
