I agree but it got personal when they blew up the WTC.
I think it's better to clean this up now rather than later.
Surely US policy can be faulted a little for getting us into this situation. But that doesn't mean it should not be cleaned up.
You may not expect to fight a war for anything but it happens. We have empowered these middle east countries by buying their oil. You drive, you do your part.
Sure we could ween our way off middle east oil. Do you want to pay 3-4 dollars a gallon for gas? Shoot, the Liberals don't even want the AWF drilled.

But the guys who blew the WTC are exactly the kind of people Saddam oppresses in his own country. Is it not abundantly clear that by removing Saddam we will empower the very people that are likely to support those who blew up the WTC?

I would pay the $3 to avoid a war, but where does it say that if we don't go to Iraq gas goes to $3-$4?

Al

The Icing on the Cake

At Midnight, CST, with 25% of precincts reporting, the CA governors race is tied at 46%.

It is asking a lot, but I cannot think of anything that will please me more than to see Simon win that race. I don't see it happening, but it WOULD be a great win.

The Democrat party is in deep, deep trouble.
