I'm sure that the Senate will be within 10% of deadlocked. That is an interesting way to spin it, Carl. As I write, the Repubs are sure of control of the Senate, and by Dec, they should have a 53/47 Majority plus the VP. Not enough to stop a filibuster, but with the Conservative Dem Senators, enough to approve Judges and get some meaningful Litigation reform passed. Speaking of Judges, I expect that a couple of the Supremes will now retire and let the Senate replace them. That will make for some interesting fireworks.
