Chris, After nearly two years in office, the Republicans still blame all their failures: lack of security in the U.S., the economy, corporate corruption, et. al. on Osama Saddam Clinton. At least they admit they haven't done diddly during their time in the White House, outside of getting rid of the surplus that was always phony, but now such a deficit they can't even pretend. BTW, I am not a fan of the Demos. But the rule is, if it happens on your watch, what the hell were you doing? Yes, we had a mild sell-off in the market before Punky Bushter took control, but ask yourself: how much better did he make things? As much as we can despise them, we know that Clinton/Rubin would have done something more creative than cutting taxes in the face of decreasing govt. revenues.

I have a lot of those small stocks that report good news and get hammered. Because all the big cos. are lying, investors just assume that small cos. are even worse. The opposite is usually true. They can't pay enough to corrupt a major auditing firm.
