Yes, ma'am, I do contest this argument.

Some lie, some don't. That's a fact.

Muslims are not the only people who lie, but they are not very good or convincing liars, and they lie when they don't need to, which is very stupid.

My first experience with this was a personal injury case involving a taxi cab driver. When I interviewed a witness, an Iraqi, I asked him whether the light was red or green. He asked me which one was better for my client.

Needless to say, I did not use him as a witness.

I appreciated his candor, letting me know that he was willing to lie for my client, but in the US lawyers can't knowingly put on perjured testimony.

I was enjoying this little break from direct insults like "nitwit" or "ignorant", or indirect ones as in your case of saying my lawyer friend must have "dumbed down" his discourse so that I would understand it.
