That's cool.

My cousin-in-law has diabetes, and lost a foot recently. It might have made a difference if he had had one of these THOEC devices early on, but it would certainly seem to have been beneficial for healing the stump after his foot was removed.

He's doing fine now on his artificial replacement.

Slow healing wounds are a real bitch, as they tend to get infected very easily. The THOEC units would appear to be very effective in solving a lot of those kinds problems - especially for in-home treatment.

It will be interesting to see if they will work with Recluse Spider bites, and other venom induced wounds, etc.
