Not at all. I find the current US administration short-sighted, trigger-happy, and bullying, but the US has been a good influence in the past and one may always hope that it will return to that practice one day. "Saving" Kuwait was not one of these benevolent & selfless acts, as you seem to believe, that's all.

Besides, "evil" is not a word I use in describing persons, nations, or states. At about age 10, I realized that "good" and "evil" were not only man-made abstractions but too simple to properly define the complex nature of motivations, needs, wishes, and acts that make up the individual and group behaviour.
