It's probably unconstitutional, though.

Personally, I don't feel that a short suspension of reporting would be unconstitutional. I'd probably tie it to the polls being open.

But I don't expect it to happen anyway. The press want to report it and the people want to watch it. I consider the problem to be similar to the people's view on too much sex on TV...."There's too much sex on TV...which channel was that again. <s>"

Not to worry, CFR is destroyed anyway. McCain said last night the "corrupt officials" of the election commission have already created loopholes to invalidate it. He hinted at a third-party being needed again.
