"First up is to clear all those judicial nominees Dasshole has held up" Unquestionably the most important aspect of the repub victory imo. As long as we can get judges that understand what the law says instead of writing it on the bench America will be ok. Never understood the danger here until I saw the FL Supreme Court in action even though I had seen a lot of the 9th District Court of Appeals (who just got shut down be the US SC on THREE cases the other day).
