I used the term hobby horse to mean "issue". Clinton did just what many ex-presidents do, campaigned for his party. You make not like him, but he's well within his rights. I don't think partial coverage of medical services for the elderly is dumb at all. And when do you suggest the Dems should have invested Social Security funds? When should they have removed those funds from the investments? Our Monday-morning quarterbacking tells us we all should have gotten out of the market in the spring of 2000, but few of us have crystal balls. -vbg Unfortunately, I've got to run.
