"Buildup" = additional military expenditures. Think that has anything to do with it? Whether or not you actually fight, the additional money flows from the federal coffers. It seems to me that federal gov't is trying to figure out every possible way to spend in order to fight the depression. Any companies that receive the majority of their income from federal sources should continue to benefit as the gov't seeks additional ways to deficit spend us back to health. Does anyone have ideas on which stocks benefit from this besides the obvious defense issues? BC
