Did you notice that the royalty slice is also proportional on the number of patents? If only Q's four "heart and soul" patents are used, then under the Nokia-sponsored scheme it gets credit for only four points out of whatever total number of patents are used. This is really hilarious. It completely ignores the importance of the patents. It also signals that the patents held by the parties to the scheme aren't really worth all that much. Watch the whining Nords try the political arena next as their efforts so far are really clumsy.
