SV RE is going to take a dive... I'm ok with that because things were so overpriced here it was quite a deterrent AS LONG AS it is a regional specific thing.

I was driving in downtown Chicago this weekend looking for places with my neice to buy. There is building everywhere andthen some, a townhown runs from 500,000 to 750,000, 2 bedroom condo around 350,000 and up. I said to my relatives I just dont get it, we r supposed to be in a bad economy yet everywhere I look are homes that nobody can afford and they r all being bot up, in the suburbs its the same thing average price home 350,000 for a dump,a nicer home 4 bedroom in the 500,000 and up range whose buying these things is what I wonder?
