... US Dollar Index just closed at 105.76 ... looks about ready to test the July low of 104.64 ... anything much below 104 will violate a H&S formation neckline dating back to June, 2000 ...

Don't fixate on the dollar.

One of the reasons the dollar is going lower is that they keep cutting interest rates. The rate cutting in the US is done. Europe is dragging its feet- will eventually follow suit and cut rates further as they have much more wiggle room- and the dollar will end its drop in due time.

The dollar kept making new lows as the market kept going lower throughout the second half of 1994. In fact, the dollar kept going lower and making new lows until the end of March early April 1995 - and lagged the great stock market melt-up during the rest of the 90's that commenced December 8th 1994 at DOW 3685 and by April 4, 1995 we hit DOW 4200.

Best Regards, J.T.
