<<...will ken lay be convicted of grand theft??...>> r1: That's a good question...;-) We'll see if The Justice Department and The SEC can get leverage on Fastow and use his testimony to help indict and convict Ken Lay and Jeff Skilling -- IMO, these crooks who used to run Enron are as guilty as they come...the courts will have to decide what the punishment will be though. Life's not always fair...those with the big money and influence often get treated with kid's gloves...REAL REFORM would change that. regards, -S2
