Yeah, but Bill, what Michael said was he would not rule it out, he didn't say yes. That is the answer you would expect him to give in public. Why advantage competitors.

In that same vein, Michael also won't rule out AMD, if ya catch my drift. :))

But the hand held initiative that Dell is presenting is quite imposing, at a price point substantially below most competitors, and ms will supply the os that hooks the HHs to the network.

But I get your drift, but maybe its WE who don't understand the Dell business plan.

Normally, I would say you are dead right, dell is a low fruit mass distributor, who lucked out by having the internet invented for them,

I know I have done a big study, and compaq can't seem to get it together to match the Dell website. It is a combination of art, and like a restaurant, the daily special. It is very neat.

BUT, I can see where dell dreams of the "big Picture", remember Dellnet, dumb dee dumb, dum.
