No. We know the expenditure was in after-tax dollars. Therefore there must have been an after-tax cost. The pre-tax cost would have been higher.

Then there is the difference between the income Cisco reports to shareholders versus the income reported to the IRS. Which is a whole other discussion all unto itself. I don't have enough facts to go there with confidence.
