GLE wants to sell fuel cells primarily, right.
That is NOT my understanding. GLE wants to primarily sell finished retail units.

They sold some cells and expertise to Delphi. They do not consider that their main business. GLE has plenty of stacks but has little reason to sell them as is. First of all, no stack by itself is "bug-free". It can't even operate without at least some ancillary systems like air and fuel management, fuel reformer, heat removal system, etc.

They have three generations of working prototypes of residential units. The latest prototype is still not long-lived enough and is still not cheap enough to manufacture to be competitive with alternatives. FWIW, they are about 75% (+- 15%) of the way there, in my estimation.
The last 25% is still difficult.
