And someone calling it a "police state" implies the police run the state. In America, police don't run the state, they enforce the laws. Lawbreakers put themselves in jail if they're dumb enough to get caught breaking laws.

If it were not illegal and drugs were available at drugstores, there would be no methlabs. Wouldn't that be nice? Plus you could spend all that money from building and maintaining prisons, on schools, and child welfare, and substance abuse programs.

your claim about the 4 year old artist sounds like propaganda, btw. I sure hate that kids were in the lab, but drawing every step of the process, I don't think so.
