On what topic would Clinton need the benefit of the doubt?

Clinton went to war, frankly, where we had no national security interest. Was THAT "for profit"? I won't even mention the sale of pardons to the highest bidder.

No charges were proven in the FBI file investigation, none in WhiteWater, none on any other topic.

Well, this isn't really correct. No charges were proven against CLINTON in connection with whitewater; however, others did go to prison.

Surely, you wouldn't argue about the idea that Clinton was the sorriest creep ever to occupy the White House? A true scumbag, and you know it. So let's not re-hash that.

There is definitely a double standard. If Bush ever does anything inappropriate, I'll be amongst the first to criticize him. But YOU are still trying to cover for Clinton years later.

Al,

re:Hell, he is the most investigated president in modern history, and all Starr found was that he had sex with an intern and tried to conceal it. No charges were proven in the FBI file investigation, none in WhiteWater, none on any other topic.

Dont forget lying under oath. Losing your license to practice law.
