Larry, I think the dial-up won't be any faster if you add to the 128MB RAM you have. G. [end]

Larry. I agree with Gottfried. What was Pres. Regan's favorite saying?, "If it ain't broke----."

I just went thru' a hair pulling session trying to add some SIMM memory to my 486. Killed MoBo and worked a week restoring it. OK now and I'll leave it as is!!!

Regards, /jw

from the "if it ain't broke..." files: The DELL is still running win95. It's working fine on the network with all of the other machines. Is there any reason to do an fdisk and load win 98?

I've been holding myself back thus far but ...98 has many advantages over 95. I'd prefer XP but my XP machine came with some sort of SONY crap CDs..no stand alone XP CD
