Oh, I know you weren't defending them. This is just really one of those issues that chaps my ass. It would be nice if someone in the press or at one of the calls had the gonads to take Chambers to task for this borderline fraud.

And I was really just speaking to your mention that it's not illegal per se as long as it's disclosed. My point was, it was not only not disclosed, but denied to high heaven in the financial press by Chambers himself.
