Now todays speech was solid. Iraq, in a word is F*CKED. We will either help them destroy their weapons or we will destroy them. This is a HUGE move towards calming this market even though there still may be war. Some of the uncertainties WRT war and terrorism are a little clearer. Saddam would be a fool not to accept this as its this or death.
