Thanks for sharing your thoughts and for the link on screen parameters. Two follow-up questions:

(1) Where have you found a screen that includes a parameter for 3 week relative strength?

(2) Why is relative strength for such a short period of time significant if you are really looking for the stocks that have created the biggest pools of potential tax losses?

Also, Why P < $1?
Is it really necessary to look at penny stocks to find the best jan effect candidates?

My thoughts are:

(1) Many investors shun them as junk quality
(2) They have delisting risk if they are Nasdaq
(3) They tend to have inordinately high bid/ask spread
(4) Is it possible that low market cap might be just as good or better criterion?
