You are probably right NiceGuy.

...And the more I think about it, the more reasonable it would seem for RMTR to start getting its stand alone alternative/royalties "now" at the 0.13 node rather than 0.90 considering that they are going to have to start out seeding the market with 4Mb chips.

I think I'm going to have to run the "Coyote" gauntlet here and guess that RMTR will start getting product by the end of '03. ...Which, of course means that Samsung will have to start production sooner if they want to keep their "claimed" lead in the high density FRAM market.<Hoo><Hoo>
