Money source can still be from institutions with a 100year time frame(i am not making a joke on that one, they simply say,well whatever price is now it is low enough relative to 20, 30 years or whatever, at which point the price will be well higher decades from now,so history tells them). When they make a decision to re-allocate more to equities they just keep buying until they are done; and sustain the market while they do so. Max
