"It's a philosophical decision of where to draw the line." Not for me. It is a philosophical approach to defining the problem and how to deal with it. You can move the line around all you want. It is simply raising or lowering the bar of acceptance. You can also erase erroneous lines and take another look at what you are dealing with. I am looking at it wholistically. I recognize that there is also a need to individualize according to circumstance but moving the bar does not accomplish that.
