Winona was caught, charged with shoplifting and convicted while Mrs. Jeb Bush got away with a fine and an apology. I wonder if Mrs. Jeb Bush has any plans to go shopping abroad now that her husband has been reelected as Florida's Governor. Winona shoplifted. Mrs. Jeb Bush smuggled. They both broke the law!
