The blacks who WERE voting 90+% for Gore consist of two elements:

Lower-income voters in "black" precincts (i.e., miles from ANY middle class community.)

and

Fabrications of those same lower-income black's votes, such that they were cast multiple times (Phila-"100%-delphia, St. Louis).

The "black" precinct turnout in St. Louis, we now know from the coverage of Carnahan/Talent, was weak. The left wing media and their lap dog pollsters make NO effort to determine black preferences in the middle class suburbs. They just-in typical liberal racist fashion-count them as white. It makes complete sense, TO THEM...
