Patricia that is exactly what is happening in the Middle East now factions mounting wars and genocide against each other, How many of his own people has Hussein killed...Yes I believe you are right though it will be much more stable in another year...I am very much against any war but sometimes you are pushed to do things you do not want to do... BTW Marshal Tito`s Regime victims in Yugoslavia following World War II, can be counted in the hundreds of thousands. Victims of the recent war in the Balkans were several dozens of thousands. His secret police are responsible for a lot of the Ethnic Hatred we see there today...
