yeah, 30% vacancy rates have nothing to do with the lack of construction. its cause they can't get insurance.

farking republicans want to grant $trillion dollar subsidy to their friends in the insurance business and are couching why they're doing it in 'jobs creation'. how exactly are these arseholes supposed to be better for the economy than the democrats?
