IMO Firstwave is fairly valued in its current trading range UNTIL WE ARE CERTAIN THAT it CAN CLOSE AND EXECUTE THOSE POSSIBLE NEW DEALS.

If IT can, then it will go to $18 to $20 "fair value" very quickly. If not it will languish.

The questions investors must find their own answers to are simply whether they are willing to invest on faith in that execution and whether there is sufficient basis for that faith. Looking over the last 5 years of PR/IR failures, revolving door management changes, and generally disappointing financial results, it's hard to have much faith, much less invest based upon it.

JMO, of course. And I'd further qualify my view with the note that it IS possible for things to change for the better. I just don't see any solid evidence of it.
