Used the power of his office to assert specious "privileges" and used his friends and family all in a manner calculated to cover his sorry lying ass. Cost the US Treasury in excess of $10 million. Can"t define "is" or "alone" Clinton is a verified scumbag. Not a good guy and certainly a lousy President.
