Why do you think there are such agreements that no payments to the Mothership will be made? I haven't seen that, that I can recall Because that's how it always works. What happens is the mother ship gets to REPORT the earnings. The mother ship gets to REPORT the asset. Just doesn't get to SPEND it. Shareholders appear to win, but do not. Maybe it would be easier to understand if I called it a pending "Strategic Investment"? John P.S. Good looking earnings report. Justifies a price hike from the previously lower fair price that the current price is much higher than. But other than that, boogie while you can.
