Sonus Networks Regains Nasdaq Compliance

WASHINGTON -(Dow Jones)- Sonus Networks Inc. (NasdaqNM:SONS - News) has regained compliance with the Nasdaq's $1-a-share minimum-bid requirement, according to a Form 8-K filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Shares of the company closed Friday at $1.17, down 4 cents.

The company received notification Sept. 16 that its common stock had closed below the $1 threshold for 30 consecutive trading days.

Sonus Networks, Westford, Mass., provides voice infrastructure products for service providers
