Easy. Invest in the U.S. until '00. 'Course hindsight is always 20-20.

Since I believe we are still early in a secular bear, the above facetious remark contains a kernel of insight. If you believe that secular bull and bear markets are demographically driven, and you want to invest long, then you need to find a country/region that has the inverse demographic profile of the U.S. for the next decade and a half.
