Following IFX comments. FTSE within 1% of the psychologically important 4000 support level.

It has been flirting with this level all the time the Nas and Dow have surged higher over the past few weeks. It is more of a free market than the manipulated US market IMO and as such its less dramatic Oct/Nov rally serves as a guide to the direction the "real" market forces are pointing to.

FTSE currently 4032 versus high of 4100 earlier this morning.
