Makes sense, I've traded this in the past. Right now, my small position is free and I'm sticking it out. Either to 0 or vindication of a horrible business plan. I suspect that Newmans will finally realize that they have gotten enough and sell out. The issue will be whether an acquirer thinks it can get the patents cheaper and quicker by offering, e.g. $2-$3/share vs. litigation. The advent of the tablet PC may help this along.
