Jim, OT -- Investing. Looks like the housing stocks are starting a fall. I'm pretty negative on the market. I think there's still a whole lot of excess capacity in most sectors -- and that as the economy continues to slow that the excess capacity will get worse for a while. And that the support from unemployment insurance will start running out. And that municipal governments will have to start cutting back as taxes fall. And that will create more unemployment, etc. I also think the world knows how to stop DEFLATION -- just print money. As they did in the '70s to create STAG-FLATION instead. (There are things that could change my opinion, like the cheapening of oil.) But my questions to you are: Given a prognosis something like I outlined, what mining stocks would look good to you? What mining stocks look good to you based on your own assumptions? What are your own assumptions on where we are headed? TIA, -tgp

Jim... I think you may be talking about Zoe Baird, Bill Clinton's choice for Attorney General in 1993. She got the ax because she had hired a illegal alien(s). As a second choice Clinton appointed Kimba Wood who also had to withdraw because she too had hired an illegal alien. Who knows what the powers to be will do with Ark's Dem. Senator-Elect. How can such a dishonest person be Senator?I can see it now "Senator caught taking bribes from China and North Korea".
