I suppose you are telling yourself that Junior didn't cave in to the UN demands. Well in a way you are right. Even Junior and Rove knew that the first strike war would be a disaster, politically if not militarily, which is why they insisted on it. Something that outrageous demanded attention thereby making sure nothing of substance was uttered during the campaign. That's why Junior suddenly thought of a new meaning for "regime change" on the morning after.
