Hi!!

RE: he Home-Front Award, presented during a ceremony in Washington, D.C., highlights recipients for providing exceptional service to the nation's armed forces involved in Operations Noble Eagle and Enduring Freedom. Both operations involved partial mobilization of the Air Force, Army, Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard National Guard and Reserve members for homeland defense and the war on terrorism.

"Dell plays a substantial role in our nation's defense by supporting their Guard and Reserve employees' who are serving our country," said Bob Hollingsworth, executive director of the National Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve. "For this reason, it is tremendously important that we recognize the contributions of employers, especially those who go above and beyond the requirements of the law."

It's interesting to hear the kids when they come back from a stay...After teaching/coaching for 32 years you find yourself feeling as if you joined the service yourself... :o) Many many many have made this their career...They stop over or stop into the school...So many know of my admiration for DELL and are quick to tell me that the ship/office etc..is filled with DELL...

RE: I suspect more than awards will be forthcoming for Dell with the power changes of late. Is Hatch still on Dell's board?
I believe it's Sam Nunn...And, yes he is still there...Or at last look he was...

Best, Kemble
