A mild Summer next year with a stagnant economy still and Q1 2003 bargains may not look so cheap anymore.

Most all utilities are a complete mess. For all those who were looking for OSX <50 (1998) again, they may find the equivalent in Utilities. But dont expect a quick recovery like OSX into year 2000.

I dont think electricity supply demand in most markets will be favorable until Summer 2005.
