EP - While settlement would be positive in the short run it does open them up to more litigation. There are currently 11 lawsuits against EP on the CA energy crisis? Will they settle with all the parties? If they settle with the state directly they need some sort of immunity from the other parties imho (if possible). Otherwise I could see more class action lawsuits down the road
