What a bizarre election campaign, if what I see on the national news is to be believed. You guys seriously want to coddle your junkies? Try this -- build a nice barracks for them in some secluded spot, and offer them all the junk they want provided they don't try to leave. Let them kill themselves quietly without bothering anyone else. Then maybe you can start to reclaim Hastings and Main.
