The Thomson data may yet show overall p/c more than 1 like CBOE..right? (it shows the breakup of the p/c) Of course one can not add them up so we may have to wait for the final number from CBOE. Also the CBOE makes up about 65 % of total option volume..so who knows?

CBOE ONLY includes CBOE data intraday.
It may or may not reflect overall activity.

Perhaps they only take trades where they know they are going to crush for max pain purposes who knows.
At any rate CBOE data is unreliable.
