Stockwatch has never been reliably accurate in the shares outstanding line of their posted releases ... usually missing the addition of one or more placements, and of course any option/warrant exercise that's gone on since the last time the company reported its share structure .... it's not an easy thing to keep up with, especially that latter, as it's posted nowhere ... you can tot up all the rest of the paper by going through the sedars and cdnx bulletins, but you can't miss any either, or you don't have the whole picture

Right now when you get a detailed quote on stockwatch for tm.v [for subscribers, while logged in], and you click on the ticker to get the little 'fundamental data' page, you'll find on the 'Shares issued' line the figure of '0' ... i think it's a fairly safe bet, that this is not wholly accurate -g- ...... on the last release sw says '4,134,000', while the Tumi website said the other day '5,379,000' .... i think this includes the most recent PP of 700k, but am not certain

Here's an idea - how about if the transfer agents were required to run a website where all this stuff was posted in realtime, in an understandable form ... ? ... no reason not to do so in this day and age, obviously they manage their data digitally, it's simply a matter of opening it up to direct public access .... the cdnx page has been pretty good though, and the Bay Street brain trust hasn't completely shut it down yet ... there is the question there, of what exactly do they mean by 'outstanding', it seems they count in many cases warrants, which are not within the traditional definition of 'outstanding' as i understood the word [i equate it with 'issued', not with 'fully diluted'] .... one thing i'd like to see them do, is post their computation for figures given under the term

Trade 15 you are welcome.

When I am on top of things (not often ) I will phone the company and get the numbers from them. Most often they are honest about it. If it is during a quiet spell , you can pick up lots about what is going on with the company . If things are busy you usualy end up talking to someone who does not have a clue.

TM has a nice story ,but the share structure is tight. Not much will come free trading until the assay numbers start coming in. They should be taking samples from the old mine soon.

Just got in and I am hitting my Email.

take care
