tip, I saw it and love it. Shareholders are usually such gutless wonders. Did you see the ad on the story with the 3 babies. They must have counseled Aberdeen about how to run this scam.

Back in 1996, Morgan Stanley Asia-Pacific had a rights rip-off and the shareholders were willing to lynch mgt. at the annual meeting. Morgan Stuck-Up is famous for screwing its fund shareholders. But they were shocked at the rage they faced and made the totally uncredible, as opposed to incredible, remark that they had gotten the message loud and clear. Yeah. Wait til these dummies forget, then stick them again later. <g>

BTW, I think the shareholders have no chance. Too many funds have stolen this way and I think it's legal. I just hope they all use those little ballots that are handed out to vote against all the fellow travelers on the Boards of Directors and against the auditors and all mgt. proposals. But they won't.
