HP has lost another customer!
Tnx, Rick. Yes, I think they owed me the CD too.

The Dealer called me back and told me that all of his sources didn't have the product!
He suggested that I call HP back to ask them what they suggested I should do now. . .
I asked him what his price of XP Pro was. . . would you believe $239! (there are other crooks too!)

I think I'll just say "The hell with HP. . . capture files the best way I can to my CD and go on to XP Pro and hope for the best!"

I will NEVER EVER buy another HP product. . . and I would not recommend them to anyone either!
That means I'll have to sell my 610C printer so I won't buy another print cartridge. . . I think I would like Lexmark better anyway. . . they have some pretty good looking stuff out there! (Yes?)

They really don't give a s h i t about me and the feeling is mutual. . . and someday, it will come back to get them. . . how does it go. . . what goes around comes around?

They will get theirs. . . and I don't care when! (sure glad I don't have any of their stock!)
