If you think the French, Russians, and Chinese folded without significant concessions you're naive..... Jr. will have to come back to the UN for war blessings....he won't get them and he won't go to war...will therefore blame the UN... The schedule for UN procedures consumes time right thru the end of February which almost kills the war clock in the desert....
